Mixed use Cafe and Flats Weymouth

Mixed use development of café with flats above situated on the Esplanade in Weymouth, Dorset. Following planning permission, we were instructed by the developer to formulate the detailed drawings and joinery and construction details for the scheme including the incorporation of a new dormer to the rear and the reconfiguration of the internal layout.
